1. Scope

This Policy explains how we process personal data when you use our digital entertainment services and the subscription billing operated by Online Payment Solutions OÜ. Where a subscription applies, pricing is disclosed before any charge.

2. Data we collect

• E-mail address — to deliver your result/access, send subscription confirmations, billing notices and support replies.
• Subscription & billing data — plan, price, billing interval, charge dates, statement descriptor (OPS*BILLING) and last 4 digits / card type as returned by our payment provider.
• Quiz answers and preferences — used to prepare your result.
• Technical data collected automatically (device, browser, approximate region, IP, usage) via cookies.

We do not store your full card number. Card payments are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.

3. How we use data & legal bases (GDPR)

• Provide the Service and deliver access — performance of a contract & your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Process subscriptions, charges, renewals and refunds — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• Send related entertainment content and offers — consent, withdrawable anytime (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• Operate, secure, analyse and improve the Service, and prevent fraud and chargeback abuse — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Comply with the law (tax, accounting, dispute handling) — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Payment processing

Card details are entered with and processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider, which acts as processor/independent controller for payment data. We receive only limited information (e.g. last 4 digits, card brand, outcome) needed to manage your subscription, support and refunds.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted processors acting for us: payment processing, e-mail delivery, hosting/infrastructure and analytics, under contract and on our instructions. Some may be outside the EEA; such transfers use appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Retention

We keep account, subscription and billing records as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete data that we are not required to keep.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures. No internet transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent — contact support@ops-billing.com. Unsubscribe via the link in any e-mail. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).

9. Children

The Service is for users aged 16+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy; the “Last updated” date shows the current version.
