What is the OPS*BILLING charge on my statement?

It is a subscription billed by Online Payment Solutions OÜ for a digital entertainment service. The price and interval were shown and confirmed at checkout. See What is this charge.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Use the Cancel page — enter your billing email or the descriptor, confirm once, and future charges stop immediately. No phone call required. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

How do I get a refund?

Submit a request on the Refunds page or email support@ops-billing.com within 30 days of the charge. We review within 24 hours and return eligible refunds to your original card.

Will I be charged again after I cancel?

No. Cancelling stops all future renewals. We email you a confirmation. If a charge appears after you cancelled, contact us and we will refund it.

Is my card information safe? Do you store my card?

Payments are handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We do not store your full card number on our systems. Card data is processed securely by the provider, not held by us.

What about my personal data and GDPR?

We are an Estonian (EU) company and process data under the GDPR. You can access, correct, delete or restrict your data and withdraw consent at any time. See our Privacy Policy.

I didn’t sign up — what should I do?

Email support@ops-billing.com with the charge date, amount and last 4 digits. We will identify the subscription, cancel it and refund eligible charges. Contacting us is usually faster than a bank dispute.
